Your first visit
A first appointment is a consultation, not a treatment. We go through your medical history, medication and goals, examine your skin, and you leave with a plan — including what we advise against. You are never treated on the same day unless that has been agreed and is safe.
Bring your ID, a list of your medication and supplements (including blood thinners), and any recent lab results or specialist reports if you are here for a longevity track. Come without make-up if a scan is planned.
When can I come?
All available slots are shown in the online booking calendar — that is the only place that is always up to date. Rescheduling or cancelling is done through the link in your confirmation e-mail or in the app, up to 24 hours in advance.
Getting here
Pleispark 19a, 9051 Sint-Denijs-Westrem (Ghent). Parking is available in the nearby public garage, two minutes on foot; tram and bus stops are 300 m away and Ghent-Sint-Pieters station is ten minutes away. The practice is accessible at street level, with a lift to the treatment rooms.
Payment and reimbursement
You receive a concrete estimate before anything is done. Aesthetic treatments are not reimbursed by health insurance and are subject to VAT. Some medical indications may be partially reimbursed with a formal diagnosis; we tell you up front whether your situation qualifies.
Comfort and safety
Numbing cream is applied 20 to 30 minutes before needle-based treatments, and most fillers contain lidocaine. Injections are performed by RIZIV-registered physicians — this is a physician-led practice and injections are never delegated. You can pause at any moment.
Results
How quickly you see a result depends on the treatment: muscle-relaxing injections take a few days to two weeks, volume corrections are visible immediately with swelling settling over one to two weeks, and skin-quality treatments build over weeks to months.
