Aggregated, pseudonymised statistics about which pages are read. Meant to show us which explanation is missing — not to follow you.
What is in them exactly
Today, nothing. This site sets no analytics cookie at all: no Google Analytics, no pixel, no heatmap — and the fonts are hosted on our own domain, so no visitor data leaves for third parties either.
The switch works forwards. Turn it on and we pass that consent to the Shopify platform, so it applies the moment anything is ever added. Every cookie that is added appears here first, with its name, purpose and retention period.

Marketing

Measuring whether a campaign works. We never build audiences on the basis of health data and we share nothing about your treatment with advertisers.
What is in them exactly
Here too, nothing today: no advertising cookies, no social-media buttons reading along, no remarketing. Leave this switch off and it stays that way, even once we do run campaigns.
Turn it on and your consent covers the marketing features of the Shopify platform. You can switch them off again at any time; it has no consequence whatsoever for your care or your order.

What a cookie does here
A small file in your browser. With us it keeps your session upright, remembers your language and your cookie choice, and secures your cart. The site needs nothing more than that to work.
Services you choose yourself
Book through the online agenda and you end up at Calendly, which applies its own cookie and privacy policy. The same logic applies to the Shopify platform checkout. We send you nowhere without you clicking.
Cookies and your record
Your medical data is not in cookies. The app and the portal work with a secured session; what your record holds, and for how long, is set out in the privacy policy.
