Before you come
Download the app and complete your intake — medication, allergies, earlier treatments. Do the face scan in daylight, without make-up. Your physician reads all of it before you walk in, so the consultation is about your goal and not about forms.
Rescheduling
First consultation · 30 minutes · € 75
Cannot attend? Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand, by e-mail or online via the link in your confirmation e-mail. Cancel later or do not attend, and we charge € 75, unless illness or force majeure stopped you from coming. If we cancel later than 24 hours beforehand, you receive € 75 back.
